The Zimbabwe
Christian Alliance (ZCA) is a faith-based organization. The
mission of the organization is to bring about social
transformation in Zimbabwe through prophetic action.
ZCA is not a
new initiative but a national network of existing organizations
that were engaged in issues of justice and peace.
The alliance
is an association of like-minded Christian leaders in Zimbabwe
who feel called by God to be instrumental in resolving the
Zimbabwean crisis through non-violence or peaceful advocacy
processes for the benefit of the general populace.
The alliance
was launched in February 2006. The organization is well
established with secretariat in both Harare and Bulawayo.
The alliance
is embedded on four key result areas namely:

To
build a critical mass of public opinion on issues of justice
and peace

Taking
a prophetic Christian stance with boldness in proclamation
and action

Mobilize regional and international solidarity and pressure
-
Contribute towards the development of a new democratic
constitution
